Welcome to The Therapeutic Space - a vision brought to life by Manvi Sahni, Founder of The Therapeutic Space. What began as a peer-led virtual community aimed at bridging the gap between academic learning and practical counseling skills has now evolved into a platform with a clear primary goal: providing accessible, affordable, and high-quality counselling and therapy services.

Recognizing the pressing need for mental health support in India - where stigma, cost, and limited access often create barriers - Manvi envisioned a space where therapy is not a luxury, but a right. Alongside Co-Founder and fellow Counselling Psychologist Krisha Gala, The Therapeutic Space has grown into a welcoming hub for healing, learning, and professional development.

Together, they remain committed to breaking down barriers to mental health care while nurturing the next generation of mental health professionals through experiential learning, community support, and ethical practice.

Who we are?

Our Team

Welcome to our virtual counseling practice! We are two dedicated early-career therapists committed to making mental health accessible to everyone. Our goal is to create a compassionate ecosystem of care, where support is just a click away. Together, let's navigate your mental health journey with understanding and kindness.

Hi-I'm Manvi,

I am glad to see you here taking first step toward healing....

Reaching out for support isn’t always easy—it takes a lot of strength and vulnerability. Yet here you are, arriving at The Therapeutic Space and taking a brave, meaningful step toward healing and self-discovery. That alone is something to be proud of. You don’t have to carry your burdens on your own anymore.

What Working Together Looks Like

Therapy with me is a collaborative, compassionate process. We co-create a space where you can show up fully as yourself—where your voice matters, your experiences are honored, and you feel truly seen and supported.

My work centers around you: your story, your strengths, your values, and your goals. Here’s what you can expect in our work together:

  • Compassionate –In our work together, I offer a space where there’s no room for judgment or assumptions—only understanding, exploration, and respect.

  • Collaborative – Our work is a shared process rooted in partnership and intention. Together, we co-create a space that is free from judgment and assumptions

  • Presence & Insight Oriented – Grounded in the here and now, we stay connected to what’s unfolding in the moment. We focus on deepening your understanding of your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, helping you gain clarity and self-awareness that fosters meaningful change.

  • Non-Pathologizing –Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you—it’s about exploring your experiences with empathy, honoring your wholeness, and supporting your growth.

A Space for Growth, Healing & Possibility

I believe that therapy is not about “fixing” you - it’s about reconnecting you to your inner clarity, resilience, and capacity for change.

Therapy is a shared journey—one that begins with honoring all parts of who you are. This is a space where your full self is welcome: your stories, your body’s wisdom, your values, and your hopes. Together, we’ll explore what’s shaping your life now and where you’d like to grow.

We’ll work together to uncover what’s already working for you and build on that foundation with care and intention. My approach integrates several modalities to support you holistically:

  • Somatic in nature – We’ll tune into the body’s wisdom using gentle awareness and mindfulness practices that go beyond words.

  • Narrative based – We’ll examine the stories that have shaped your identity and explore new ways of understanding and rewriting them.

  • ACT-Informed – We’ll work with mindfulness, emotional flexibility, and values-based living to create meaningful change.

  • Solution-Focused – We’ll begin with your strengths and what’s already going well. These are powerful clues for growth.

This is your journey. We'll move at your pace, always with respect for your inner knowing. I’m here to walk alongside you as we shape a path that feels grounded, empowering, and uniquely yours.

Focus Areas: Stress and anxiety, low mood and depression, self-esteem and confidence concerns, interpersonal and relationship challenges, academic and career concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, identity and body image issues, trauma recovery and processing, grief and loss support, navigating life transitions, coping with chronic health conditions, managing burnout and fatigue, adjustment difficulties, exploring personal values and meaning,

Hi, I’m Krisha Gala and I’m so glad you’re here.

Reaching out for support isn’t always easy - yet here you are, arriving at The Therapeutic Space and taking a meaningful, brave step toward yourself. That alone reflects so much courage - and I want you to know you don’t have to navigate things alone anymore.

How We Journey Together

I believe in creating a space that feels real, compassionate, and grounded - where your truth is not only welcome, but honored. Whether it’s your quiet hopes, your uncertainties, or the parts of you still unfolding, they all have a place here.

Therapy, to me, is a shared process - not something done to you, but something we co-create together. My approach is:

Warm and curious – I meet you with empathy and genuine interest, not assumptions.
Relationally rooted – We engage in a therapeutic relationship where your voice matters.
Here-and-now focused – Grounded in the present moment, we make space for what's arising now.
Human-first – I don’t reduce you to labels or diagnoses. You are a complex, whole, evolving human - and that’s where we begin.

Together, we make meaning, move gently through what feels heavy, and build toward what feels right for you.

A Space to Reconnect, Reclaim & Rise

In our time together, I gently support you in exploring your emotions, making sense of them, and finding ways to express them that feel true to you. I see therapy as a space for quiet reflection and honest connection - a place where all parts of you are welcome. You don’t have to be “okay” or “hold it all together.” Here, there’s no pressure to rush your story or justify your emotions - just space to arrive exactly as you are. With warmth and care, I’ll walk beside you as you begin to reconnect with yourself, at your own pace.

My approach is integrative and flexible - rooted in practices that are presence-centered, solution-focused, narrative-informed, and grounded in acceptance and personal agency. Whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, or personal struggles, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Because I believe that "mental health doesn’t get better by chance - it gets better by change."
