At The Therapeutic Space, my goal is simple: to create a space where you feel to be yourself—where you’re met with compassion, curiosity, and care. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply in need of someone to talk to, you’re welcome here.
I offer online counselling and psychotherapy for individuals across India in both Hindi and English. I support people through a range of challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, stress, low self-worth, and life transitions.
My Approach
Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you. It’s about working together to understand your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and make room for healing and growth—at your own pace.
I offer a collaborative, non-pathologizing, and presence-oriented space. You are not a problem to be solved—you are a whole person with a story that matters.
