A Space to Reconnect, Reclaim & Rise

At The Therapeutic Space, I believe therapy is not something done to you, but something we co-create. I meet you with empathy and genuine interest, not assumptions. We work with what’s here in the present, without reducing you to labels or diagnoses. You are a whole, evolving human - and that’s where we begin. Together, we make meaning, move gently through what feels heavy, and build toward what feels right for you.

In our time together, I support you in exploring your emotions, making sense of them, and finding ways to express them that feel true. Therapy is a place for quiet reflection and honest connection - a space where all parts of you are welcome and honored. You don’t have to be “okay” or hold everything together. There’s no rush, no need to justify your emotions - just space to arrive as you are.

Therapy isn’t only about analyzing the past. While insight matters, real change often happens when we slow down, connect with the body, and allow ourselves to truly feel. I often tell clients: we can’t learn to play the piano by only reading sheet music - we have to touch the keys and practice. Therapy works the same way: not just understanding but practicing new ways of being and feeling.

Our sessions bring both reflection and embodied awareness, so you not only understand yourself more deeply but also begin to experience yourself differently. Over time, this becomes a path to reconnecting with who you are, reclaiming your voice, and rising into the life you want to live. My aim is to support you in taking those steps, however small, toward healing, growth, and a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and fulfilling.

My Approach

As an Eclectic Practitioner rooted in a Humanistic Core, I integrate diverse therapeutic modalities, drawing from my training in Emotionally-Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Narrative, and Art Therapy, including Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Informed Care. I also incorporate visualization as meaningful tools for deeper processing and self-reflection.

I work across all age groups such as children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. 

I offer online counselling and psychotherapy across India and internationally, in Hindi & English with a focus on individual and couple’s therapy. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients from different parts of the world - including Poland, UK, US, Hungary, London, Australia, Sweden, South Africa, Dubai and across Europe - which has deeply enriched my understanding of people’s unique stories and cultural backgrounds.
